Cool flavor, bad ability. Much like Words of Terror, this feature has the problem that there is a low-level bard spell that does something very similar, namely Disguise Self. This ability is in some ways better than the 1st level spell, as it grants you some info on whoever's face you're using and gives you bonuses to maintaining your disguise.
